Its’ location, close to seaside resorts, the River Exe, the city of Exeter and wonderful countryside makes it the perfect holiday location. Home to the famous Black Swans which can often be seen nesting on the banks of the River.
To the North East of Dawlish is the seaside resort of Dawlish Warren with its long blue flag beach, sand dunes, amusements and nature reserve. Dawlish Warren can be reached by road, train or by walking along the South West Coast Path. The coastal path hugs the red cliffs as it follows the train line along the coast, providing fantastic views out to sea as you walk between the two resorts.

With thousands of acres of farmland, South Devon food and drink is some of the best in the UK. There is so much freshly grown local produce on offer; your taste buds will be dazzled!

Due to the warm climate of South Devon, the area is becoming more widely known for its award winning wine, ales and cider.
