The Farmhouse at Wolverwood is a stunning, luxurious, cosy 3 Bedroom property with the added benefit of an outdoor hot tub. Sleeping 6, this upmarket cottage is a hidden gem. The far reaching countryside views make you feel like you in the middle of nowhere, yet the small village of Plympton St Maurice is right on your doorstep.

The main house sleeps up to 6 Guests in 3 plush bedrooms. Downstairs, through the eye catching yellow front door, is the warm and enticing lounge, exceptionally furnished with leather sofas together with a wood fired log burner, perfect for cosy nights in. The sumptuous dining room has ample seating for 10 guests and also has the added benefit of a Log Burner. The Galley Kitchen is fully equipped with everything the discerning holiday maker needs! A separate Larder/Laundry Room houses a washing Machine & tumble drier. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 on the middle floor and a further double bedroom on the top floor. The Master Bedroom has an en suite wet room and houses a comfy King Size Bed. The two further bedrooms are beautifully furnished with double beds and all enjoy exceptional views over Dartmoor.
The family bathroom houses a shower, sink and wc.
There is a private garden to the front of the Farmhouse enjoying exceptional far reaching views. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and the added benefit of the outdoor hot tub (available for an extra charge)
The Farmhouse is situated on a hillside just outside the old stannary town of Plympton St Maurice. It is surrounded by 5 acres of its own private land.
The farmhouse is attached to a 3 bedroom newly converted barn. This can also been rented for larger groups.
