With a large open lawned area to the front and a private back garden with a large patio area, the property has plenty of space for all your surfboards or paddle boards! Windswept is a stunning property sleeping up to 8, just steps away from the beach. With a large open plan kitchen / diner, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, comfy lounge and a further self contained 'cabin', this stunning bungalow really is the perfect place to spend a week or 4!

The high end kitchen will ensure catering is an absolute pleasure. This light, spacious room has a high ceiling with large windows and is fully fitted with 2 ovens, large fridge freezer, coffee machine and breakfast bar and a beautiful glass chandelier to complete the look. The dining room has a large table with glass doors leading on to the large patio and the lawned garden beyond. The top patio gives unrivalled views of views of Burgh Island, made famous by Agatha Christie and the wide sandy beach of Bigbury On Sea whilst the bottom patio houses the Bar-B-Q for those glorious balmy evenings.

A utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer sits off the dining room.

The lounge has two comfortable settees, a large wall mounted flat screen TV and a wood burning stove. This luxurious room is beautifully furnished and enjoys superb sea views.

The master bedroom houses a king size bed and benefits from an en-suite shower room. It is so luxurious, you may not want to get out of bed. Lie in with a cup of coffee and enjoy the gorgeous garden whilst listening to the sounds of sheep baa-ing in the distance!
The second bedroom also houses a king bed and has a beautiful, brand new en suite bathroom.
The third bedroom houses a set of bunk beds sturdy enough for small adults.
The family bathroom is fully tiled and houses a large shower with low flush WC and sink.

In the top garden is a self contained 'cabin' which houses the most sumptuous, comfortable bed, having the most incredible sea views which mean you may never want to leave! With a shower room and basic cooking facilities this is a wonderful addition to the already superb accommodation on offer.

With parking for 3 cars and large gardens both front and rear, this really is the most idyllic spot to rest, recuperate, swim, paddle or surf. Windswept is a stunning property which is ideal for the beach or for those that want to explore the South Devon coastal path, Salcombe, Hope Cove, Dartmoor or Plymouth.
