No 1 Hope House, Hope Cove, South Devon. Just a short walk down to a choice of 2 sandy beaches in Hope Cove and enjoying spectacular sea views, you may not want to venture too far from this newly refurbished apartment. It is however, very easy to get out and about and explore more of the stunning South Hams if you can tear yourself away from the comfort of this gorgeous, light and airy apartment.
No 1 Hope House, Hope Cove, South Devon is a stunning 2 bedroom apartment set back from the coast road along to Inner Hope, Hope Cove, South Devon. It is accessed via the rear of the property up a set of stone steps. Once in, it is all on one level. With 2 large bedrooms, both en suite, open plan living/dining and kitchen and a utility room, there is enough space to relax and unwind after a hard day at the beach.
The kitchen/diner/lounge is triple aspect allowing lots of natural light and offering uninterrupted, spectacular sea views.
The kitchen is fully fitted with large American style fridge/freezer and all the mod cons you will need whilst on holiday. The dining table can seat 6 comfortably. The living area has 2 large sofas with flat screen television. The sliding glass doors open up to welcome the outside in.
Bedroom one houses a lovely king size oak bed with matching furniture and has the added benefit of a sofa bed, making this an ideal family room. The large en suite has a separate shower as well as a bath. Bedroom two houses twin oak beds and has the benefit of an en suite shower room.
Outside there is a seating area to the rear with a small table and chairs.
To the side of the property there is a large raised grass area, perfect for soaking up the sun on a blanket whilst absorbing the sea views.

Hope Cove is a small seaside village within the civil parish of South Huish in South Hams District, Devon, England. It is located 5 miles (8.0 km) west of Salcombe and 5 miles (8.0 km) south west of Kingsbridge. It has two beaches, and is sheltered by the headland of Bolt Tail.
