Enjoy the perfect break with family or friends at this wonderful, waterside 3 bed cottage in Noss Mayo. The property sits alongside Newton Creek, offering beautiful views of the river which can be enjoyed from the warmth of the living room or the balcony and terrace patio.
All of the pubs in Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers are in easy walking distance, as is the local shop. The South West Coastal Path is a short walk away and the stunning Mothecombe Beach is a 5 minute drive.

64 Bridgend is a gorgeous 3 bedroom cottage full of character and located in the fantastic setting. Situated on Newton Creek, this terraced cottage makes the most of its waterside location. Its open plan kitchen/diner has an adjoining area with comfy seating overlooking the river through glass sliding doors.

Those wonderful views can be enjoyed from the comfort of a sofa or from the balcony, which steps down to a patio terrace with table and seating – perfect for outdoor dining. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the water immediately below and the stunning river views stretching out along the creek.

Inside the property, the kitchen features an integrated oven, full height fridge, dishwasher, microwave, large hob, double sink and Nespresso coffee machine. A freezer and washing machine are housed separately in a utility room. Slate flooring, natural wood finishes, leather seating, and soft, muted colours tones bring a calming atmosphere throughout.

The whole of downstairs is open plan allowing for a wonderful light filled space. The dining area houses a large table with soft chairs seating 6. Facing the river are comfy sofas from which you can kick back and enjoy the wonders of Noss Mayo.

The cosy living room has large sofas, wall mounted TV and a feature fireplace. A lovely space to relax after a long day at the beach.

The utility room houses a freezer and washing machine.

The master Bedroom has a lovely queen size bed positioned to make the most of the lovely views of the river which can be enjoyed whilst having a cup of tea in bed or from the window seat.

Bedroom 2 also houses a queen size bed and again is positioned to take full advantage of the river views.

Bedroom 3 has a single bed plus a pull-out full size single mattress on a low frame which easily accommodates adults.

Outside, there is a fully tiled, modern shower room complete with toilet sink and shower - ideal to wash off the river!

You can step down from the balcony opening from the living area, to a terraced patio with garden table and chairs. This is directly alongside the river, with stunning views of the water and Newton Ferrers opposite.
