The kitchen/breakfast room has a triple aspect with folding patio doors to the front and is furnished with a stylish and contemporary array of matching base and wall units, with a breakfast bar. The freestanding American style fridge freezer has ample room to cater for 8 people. Off the kitchen is the utility/boot room with guest cloakroom plus washing machine and tumble dryer. There is access to the rear of the property and the outside shower. The spacious, inviting reception room has a dual aspect with folding patio doors leading out to the front, wood burner and plenty of comfy seating.
There are stairs to the first floor but this area is unavailable for holiday rental. However, please do note: You will have the entire house to yourself! There will not be anyone occupying the top floor!
The snug overlooks the front garden and patio area and provides further seating with a smart television.
The 4 bedrooms, 3 with en-suite shower rooms are located off the snug. They all enjoy glorious views and are furnished with plush comfy king size beds in bedrooms 1 - 3. Bedroom 4 has twin beds.
Sedgewell is set in approximately 0.6 of an acre of private landscaped gardens with a patio running along the length of the house. The gated entrance leads up to a parking area for approximately 4 cars.
