Netton is just a short drive (or walk) from the thriving villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers. Both villages lie next to the beautiful River Yealm which is renowned for its summer regatta. Beautiful beaches are just a short drive away and coastal walks even closer.

West Park, Wonderful spacious barn sleeping 12 with pool near Noss Mayo, South Devon
If you’re after the perfect house for a large family get together or 2/3 families holidaying together, West Park, Noss Mayo must be on your list. With large rooms, plenty of bathrooms, a well-equipped and a spacious kitchen, the property never feels crowded.
Enter through the front door and you have a choice on which way to go!
Turn right and down the stairs and you have 3 bedrooms, two twin and one double and a family bathroom. On this lower floor is also a utility room furnished with washing machine and a separate toilet. Further along is the second double bedroom with an en suite shower room.
Back by the front door, turn left up a few steps and you find yourself in the glorious spacious lounge. This fabulous room has a huge fire place as a focal point. There are large comfy sofas to sink into and curl up on in front of a roaring fire. The picture windows look out over the rear garden and the countryside beyond.
Or turn right and up the first flight of stairs and you find yourself in the large kitchen diner, fully equipped with everything the discerning holiday maker will require. Through this room is the games room furnished with a pool table. From here you can go outside on to the patio, equipped with bar b que and table and chairs or go down the stairs and you are back in the second double bedroom.
The top floor comprises of a family bathroom and an attic style room furnished with twin beds. Opposite the front door is a further twin bedroom.
Add to the list, a beautiful and private south facing patio with its own barbecue, a garden laid to lawn with a swing for the younger ones and the piste de resistance, a swimming pool, available from April to October, (shared with a few other properties but never crowded)… this truly is a fabulous rental property. The beaches of Mothecombe and Stoke are a very short drive away (literally minutes) with Bigbury about 30 minutes away. The coastal path is literally on your doorstep with views far out into The English Channel and along the coast of the South Hams.
