This delightful 5 bedroom detached house has got to have one of the best views in Newton Ferrers.

Take the stairs to the left, go through double doors and and you will discover 3 more double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first bedroom on the right houses a king size bed. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself reluctant to start the day as the view from this sumptuous bed is amazing.

The second bedroom is also a lovely large room with a king size bed and a further day bed – a perfect family room. At the end of the corridor is the third bedroom where there is a single bed with a truckle under. This room enjoys views over the side of the house across the kitchen garden to the river beyond.

Down the stairs and you find yourself in a lovely open hallway. Continue straight and you will find yourself outside in the private front garden which has plenty of benches to kick back, relax and enjoy the peace and solitude. Off the hall to the right is the large lounge. This light, airy room is dual aspect with a large bay window, living flame gas wood burner and 40” television. There is plenty of seating with 2 sofas and numerous comfy armchairs. There is also a piano available for a family sing along!

To the left of the stairs is the dining room with an antique oak table, with seating for 10. Another living flame gas wood burner is housed in the large fireplace. Carry on through into the kitchen. The centre piece is the lovely blue gas aga. There is also a single electric oven and hob plus a microwave. The belfast sink unit overlooks the kitchen garden, another sun trap. This lovely room enjoys the wonderful view through another large bay window, the perfect spot for morning coffee!

A utility room is located at the back of the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer with a glazed door leading to the side garden.

Behind the stairs is another family bathroom with a shower, hand basin and wc and a further bedroom with a sofa bed. Timbers sits in its own large plot, totally private and hidden from the road. The garden has several areas to relax and find your inner peace. Each area is a suntrap with the option of having shade if required.
